Canvas for Instructors - Adding Files to Canvas Modules
Do the following to add files to your modules in Canvas.
- Upload your file(s) to your course's Files area.
- Locate the module you want to add content to, and click the module's + button.
- Select File from the Add dropdown list.
- Click file names to select one or more files from the list that appears, and click the Add Item button.
Links to your files are added to your Canvas module.
Note that you can move or reorder items and rename file links to make them more meaningful to students.
