What is Labflow?

Labflow is a learning tool that helps chemistry and biology classes conduct live labs through their software. Additionally, Labflow provides a platform for pre-lab preparation and post-lab coaching. Labflow integrates into Canvas meaning that while on the Canvas website you can use Labflow exactly how you would on their website. Labflow does have a Knowledge Base. Students should contact their instructors or refer to their class syllabus for what Labflow is used for in their specific course.

Who can use Labflow?

Labflow is primarily used by instructors and students. To add Labflow to a course, Instructors should review the UWM KB Walkthrough Article on Requesting an External Tool. Students who enroll in a course using Labflow will need to make a purchase from the virtual bookstore.

Where can students and instructors go for support with Labflow?

Labflow's Knowledge Base (KB) has a number of Students Resources and Instructor Resources as well as videos providing Student Walkthrough of Labflow and TA Walkthrough of Labflow

For direct support, users can click support after logging into Labflow. They can also submit a support ticket with Labflow.

What should I do if I have an accessibility concern?

Students should communicate accessibility concerns with the course instructor and the UWM's Accessibility Resource Center (ARC)

What are the alternatives to Labflow?
