Enabling and Using Pearson Revel and MyLab in Canvas
What are Pearson Revel and MyLab?
Pearson Revel and MyLab are digital learning platforms from Pearson that integrate with Canvas. They give instructors and students access to interactive course materials, assignments, and assessments. These tools also support automatic grade syncing with the Canvas Gradebook.
Who can use Pearson tools?
At UWM, Pearson Revel and MyLab can be enabled in any Canvas class for no additional fee.
How much does Pearson cost?
Instructors and students can use Pearson Revel and MyLab at no additional cost.
How do I enable and set up Pearson in my Canvas class?
Do the following to Enable Pearson in your Canvas class:
- Open your Canvas course.
- In your course's navigation menu, click Settings.

- Click the Navigation tab at the top of the page.

- Scroll down to the list of hidden items.
- Find Access Pearson, click the three dots to the right, and select Enable from the dropdown menu.

- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save.
- After saving, the Access Pearson link will appear in your course navigation menu on the left.
