Respondus LockDown Browser and Monitor - Training and Webinars for Instructors

Support for LockDown Browser and Monitor are provided directly by Respondus for instructors. CETL will be unable to provide training on the use of LDB and Monitor. This article provides instructions on how to request for free training from Respondus.

To see if support is available, contact the CETL Support Commons using this online form and a consultant will reply to you as soon as possible.

Steps to Request Training

  1. In your courses navigation, click "Respondus LockDown Browser".
  2. Click the "Guides and Support" tab at the top of the page.
  3. Free webinars and one-on-one training are available to instructors.
    1. For one-on-one training, click the "one-to-one conversation" link under the "Connect with a Respondus Trainer" heading.
    2. For a live webinar, click the "webinars" link under the "Free Training Webinars" heading.
  4. Complete registration on the Respondus website.
