Packback is an online discussion tool that provides alternative approaches to how students engage with online discussion forums by allowing students to ask the questions within the discussion rather than instructors. Packback uses machine learning to give students instant feedback while they write in the discussion forum.

This product must be licensed or paid-for through student fees.

New Users

Interested faculty and staff should contact their institutional admin if they are interested in using this tool.

You can also enable Packback Gradebook Sync in Canvas.

Students

Students may login to Packback with a Packback account. If students are unable to login, they should contact Packback support for assistance.
