Download a Video from My Media

This procedure shows you how to download a video from My Media.

Downloading a Video

Do the following to download a video file from your My Media account:

  1. In the Canvas Global Navigation panel (on the left), select Account > My Media.
  2. Locate the media item you want to download and click its thumbnail or title. 
  3. Click Play on media player. (The Download icon only appears after you click Play.)

  1. Click the Pause button in the lower left corner of the video player.

  1. In the top right corner of the player, click the Download icon

  1. Locate the MP4 file, and click its download icon.

  1. Click Save to save the file to your computer.
