Manually Ordering Machine Captions for Older My Media Videos

Currently, when you upload a video to My Media, the system automatically generates machine captions for the video. However, videos uploaded before December 1, 2021 did not receive automatic captions. If your video was uploaded before that date and does not have captions, you can manually request machine-generated captions using this procedure.
