UWM Guest WiFi (How To) Setup and Connect via Android

This article explains how to connect to UWM's Guest Wifi with an Android device.

Note: If you have UWM Credentials please use UWMWifi or Eduroam when available. Global Protect VPN is not necessary when using these as they are both encrypted with access to campus resources.

  1. Open the Settings app by swiping down on your Android screen and clicking on the "gear" icon for settings

  2. Choose Connections

  3. Ensure that the Wifi control is toggled on.

  4.  Choose UWMGuest from the list.

  5. You will be redirected to the Acceptable Use Policy. To use the UWM Guest WiFi please click on the box to accept.

  6. Click Sign In and you will now be connected to UWMGuest WiFi.
