Neurons Sensitive Information Redaction

What information must be redacted from Cherwell incidents?

Sometimes users will provide us with personally identifiable information. We must remove this confidential information from Cherwell, to avoid its being used for illegal acts.

Confidential information includes:

Passwords
Birthdates
Social Security Numbers (SSN)
Security Question Answers

Neurons users who do not have the ability to redact information should request an HD3 remove this information from the system. There is no other way to modify the information.
