PAWS - Unable to View PDF on Mobile Device
Due to the constantly changing state of Mobile device software, there may be times when a student is unable to view a PDF document via their mobile device when accessing that document through PAWS.
To remedy this, the PAWS application allows the student to select VIEW DESKTOP mode from the mobile device screen. This must be done before attempting to view a PDF in order to properly see the document. Once selected, the screen will change and allow the student to access the PDF.
