Outlook for Windows
Click Home.
In the New group, click New Email.
If multiple email accounts are configured in Microsoft Outlook, the From button appears and the account that will send the message is shown. To change the account, click From.
In the Subject box, type the subject of the Message.
Enter the recipients' email addresses or names in the To, Cc, or Bcc box (To, Cc, and Bcc boxes: A message is sent to the recipients in the To box. Recipients in the Cc (carbon copy) and Bcc (blind carbon copy) boxes also get the message; however the names of the recipients in the Bcc box are not visible to other recipients.
To select recipients' email addresses or names in the To, Cc, or Bcc, and then click the names that you want.
Don't see the Bcc box?
To display the Bcc box for this and all future messages, click Options, and then in the Show Fields group, click Bcc.
After you have composed the message, click Send.
Outlook for Mac
Within the Mail window, click New Message.

Note: To include someone in the "Bcc" line, click on Bcc on the opposite end of the "To" box. Once you click on the Bcc button, then another box for "Bcc" will appear under the "Cc" box.

To select recipients' names from a list in your Address Book, start typing the name of the person you want in the "To", "Cc", or "Bcc" line. Their name with their email address should appear on a drop down menu. If you are using a UWM email, then everyone with a UWM email is searchable by typing their name into the "To", "Cc" or "Bcc" line. If you outside of the UWM community, the Address Book will only remember email addresses that has been sent an email to before.
After you have composed the message, from within the Message tab, click Send.
Outlook for IOS
Tap the New Email button in the top-right corner of the application.
A new window will appear for you to compose your message. Once you have finished your message, tap Send.
Outlook for Android
To create a new email, tap the new message icon at the bottom of the screen.

To select recipients' names from your contacts, tap the box next to To, Cc, or Bcc, and then type the name or email that you want.
Next to From the configured account that will send the message is shown. To change the account, tap the email next to From and select the desired address.
In the Subject box, type the subject of the message.
After you have composed the message, tap the Send icon in the top right corner of the screen.
Outlook Web App
Click New above the folder list. A new message form will appear in the reading pane.
To add recipients, you can type the name of anyone who is in your contacts folder or organizations address list, or you can type the email address in the To or Cc field. The first time you enter a particular person's name, Outlook on the web searches for that person's address. In the future, the name will be cached so it will resolve quickly.
Add a subject.
Type the message you want to send.
When you're done and your message is ready to go, click Send
