Microsoft 365 - OneDrive (How To) Save Attachments from Outlook to OneDrive

This article explains how to save attachments in the Outlook on the web to your UWM OneDrive for Business space.


Outlook on the Web



1. When viewing the email that contains the attachment, click on the drop down arrow next to the attachment and select Save to OneDrive - Univeristy of Wisconsin Milwaukee.



2. The attachment will now be in your UWM OneDrive for Business space.


Outlook for Windows



1. When viewing the email that contains the attachment, click on the drop down arrow next to the attachment and select Upload. Then select OneDrive - UWM - [your ePantherID]@uwm.edu.

Save File to OneDrive

2. The attachment will now be in your UWM OneDrive space.


Outlook for Mac



1. When viewing the email that contains the attachment, click on the drop down arrow next to the attachment and select Save As... 



2. Make sure OneDrive - UWM is selected as your destination in the left column. Finally, click Save.
