Microsoft 365 Visio (How To) Launch Web Version of Application

This article provides information about Microsoft's Visio application.

 

Visio lets you transform complicated text and tables that are hard to understand into visual diagrams that communicate information at a glance. There are many kinds of Visio diagrams, including organization charts, network diagrams, workflows, and home or office plans. Getting started with Visio can be summarized into three basic steps: using a template, arranging and connecting shapes, and modifying shapes with text. Direct access to Visio can be found here.

To access Visio from your UWM Microsoft 365 Account, begin by logging in.

From your Microsoft 365 Home page: 

1. Click on the App Launcher menu in the top left corner of your window.

2. From the App Launcher, select the button titled All apps.

3. Scroll through the alphabetically ordered list to find Visio, or use the search bar at the top of the Apps menu to find the Visio app.
