Office 365 (Known Issues) - Authenticating in Outlook Mobile App
Individuals are unable to authenticate in Outlook Mobile App when supplying valid credentials. This error occurs when the individual's password has a space added at the end.
Resolution Status: Unresolved
Workaround
Password must be changed using the ePantherACCOUNT Password Change form. It may take up to five minutes for this change to take effect.
